1. Basic information

You can exercise the following rights at any time using the contact details provided:

  • Information about your data stored by us and its processing (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • Correction of incorrect personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • Deletion of your data stored by us (Art. 17 GDPR),

2. Security measures

3. Making contact

4. Collection of access data and log files

  • We collect on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, we collect data about every access to the server on which this service is located (server log files). The access data includes the name of the website accessed, file, data and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
  • Log file information is stored for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse or fraud) for a maximum period of 7 days and then deleted. Data whose further storage is required for evidentiary purposes is deleted until the final clarification of the clarification of the respective incident.

5. Use of Matomo

We use Matomo (formerly Piwik), an open source software for the statistical analysis of visitor access. The provider of the Matomo software is InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand.
Matomo places a cookie (a text file) on your end device with which your browser can be recognized. If subpages of our website are accessed, the following information is stored:

  • the page accessed and the time of access
  • the page from which the user reached our website (referrer)
  • which browser with which plugins, which operating system and which screen resolution is used
  • the time spent on the website
  • the pages that are accessed from the page called up

The data is stored on an internal server and is not passed on to third parties.
Matomo is used for the purpose of improving the quality of our website and its content. improve it. This enables us to find out how the website is used and to constantly optimize our offer.

6. Cookies

  • Cookies are pieces of information that are transferred from our web server or third-party web servers to the user's browser and stored there for later retrieval. Cookies can be small files or other types of information storage.
  • We use a session cookie that persists the selected language setting. The session cookie is deleted when you have finished using our website.
  • Matomo sets a cookie (see 5. Use of Matomo) with a validity of 4 weeks.
  • If a user does not want cookies to be stored on their computer, we ask them to deactivate the corresponding option in the system settings of their browser. Stored cookies can be deleted in the system settings of the browser. The exclusion of cookies can lead to functional restrictions of this online offer.

7. Amendment to the privacy policy

  • We reserve the right to amend the privacy policy in order to adapt it to changed legal situations, or changes to the service and data processing.
